Valentines

First off, I wanted to give a shout out to my lil sis and her awesome party throwing skills!!!  She amazes the heck out of me!  Love that girl!
I have been in a blogging slump lately and finally feel like I am coming out of it!
Thought I would share the Valentines I made for my daughters school parties.
These were sooo fun, cheap, and easy!   I Just printed these pictures off my computer(wallet size) punched a hole through and stuck a sucker in each one!  The sparkly hearts I bought a few months ago at Savers!  A bag filled with 30 hearts was a dollar!  I  knew they would come in handy!:)
For the girls teachers I bought these cute containers at the dollar store and filled them with candy!  I think they turned out so cute!
LOOOOOOVE THEM!

I had to post this picture because it makes me laugh so hard!  I always knew I was tall, but I look like a freakin Amazon woman!  Mom always said I was Big and Majestic!  Holla!!!!  I love these girlies so much! My friend Amber (to my left) Has the most amazing style and has inspired me to "Fall in love with my house again."  I need to do a post on her house, she has no fear, and her home is kick awesome!  So get ready for some redecorating, painting posts in the future!  I'm baaaccckkk!:)

The Valentines are super cute. I bought some glitter hearts at Dollar Tree this year to fill one of my apothecary jars. They look just like the ones you bought BUT I paid $1 for 6 or 8 (forget exactly how many came in a package). Usually you can’t beat the Dollar store but you soooo did!

You’re preaching to the choir sister. I’m 5 9” barefoot and my fiancée is 5 9” as well so I’m pretty much a giant anytime I put even the smallest heel on. I’ll never forget the one time my Father called me an Amazon. I was in high school and that must have been about the worst thing you could have said to me. I pictured BIG/Fat women in loin cloths running through the jungle. My Dad assured me that it had nothing to do with being fat....I didn’t believe him so we looked it up. He was right! Ahh the high school years. I don’t miss them at ALL!

Glad you’re back! I just love your post so I’ll be looking forward to them.

I have to laugh too because one of my daughters is tallest in the family, except for her brother, taller then me, and her younger siblings. But her oldest sister is 5'1" yes same 2 parents.. oh yeah she is 5'10" so she can relate to this picture well.

I just love the containers you put together. Too cute!! I'm right there with ya, sista . . . I'm always the tall, Amazon-like one having to stand in the back (or middle!) of the group cause I'm always the tallest of my group of BFF's - 5'10" of tallness!

Thanks for sharing your super-cute V'day idea!
